Description

As we are selling pre-loved vintage and retro products, all products have been carefully selected for exceptional quality and are in 100% working order. There will sometimes be signs of wear which are characteristic or due to the age of the item and it's previous use, which may include slight scratching on the primary surfaces of the product and/or slight wear.  

Order Confirmation

Acceptance of your order (Order Confirmation) and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will occur once we send you an email confirming your order. This will also confirm delivery details. how your products will be delivered to you.  We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our Order Confirmation email will tell you.  Your order will not be despatched until we have received cleared funds payment.

Price and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds and include any taxes.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order and any special delivery charge.  All charges will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket for you to review before submitting your order.  All products are subject to availability.  If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or suggest that you visit our store.

Cancellation Rights

In compliance with the Distant Selling Regulations 2000, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email to sales@lovearts.biz of your reason and return the product to us within 8 days of receipt, well packaged and in the condition you received it.   We will offer a full refund excluding return postage cost.  Please be aware that we may charge you if undue care is taken with the return of goods.

Faulty/Damaged or Not As Described Goods

In the unlikely event that a product is received faulty, damaged or not as described, please inform us by email to sales@lovearts.biz and return the product to us.  We will offer a full refund including return postage cost

Postage & Packing

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO OFFER FREE STANDARD UK POSTAGE.

Special Delivery at Extra Cost

UK BUYERS. It is recommended that  upon checkout you select the option for fragile items and orders of a value of  £35 or more to be despatched by "Special Delivery" to U.K. only.  This is insured and guaranteed post. We will email the tracking number once the item has been posted. The Buyer can then contact the post office to chase through the Royal Mail trace and track service. The items will be sent well packaged

Payment Terms

Please pay for your item via Paypal within seven days of order. Thank You. However, please note that we do not accept e-cheques.

We also accept payment by UK STERLING CHEQUE.  Please make cheques payable to Love Arts Boutique and write your cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and cheque limit on reverse before posting.  Post to:-  Love Arts Boutique, 12b Catherine Hill, Frome, Somerset. BA11 1BZ.  Please print off your order confirmation and include it with your payment.

If we do not receive payment within 7 days of you confirming order, unless you have contacted us via email and we have agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to re-list this item for sale on the Love Arts website.

Our bank advises that we must allow 4 working days minimum for cheques to clear.  Please bear this in mind if paying by Cheque.  When items are paid for by cheque, we will email to notify you once we have received and banked your cheque.

We always obtain a ‘proof of postage’ when mailing all transactions and items will usually be posted on the Tuesday following receipt of cleared funds.  We will email you to confirm that your item has been posted. 

OVERSEAS BUYERS , we will post World wide, please contact us for a quote on the postal rates, as postage is listed for UK only.

Parcels up to 2kg now go airmail letter only, this applies to all international rates, e.g. AUSTRALIA, CANADA, EUROPE, NZ, USA,

SO, PLEASE ASK FOR A QUOTE ON POSTAGE BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT.

Overseas Buyers to please pay via Paypal only in UK sterling.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE.  Buyer is Responsible for any Duty, and /or Import Taxes, and /or Vat Payable on Receipt. (You can contact UK Customs on tel.no.0202 392449 if you have a query re Customs charges ).

 Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
